30-Day Returns

We hope you love your The Little Method set. If it’s not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a change-of-mind refund.

To be eligible for a return, your set must be:
Unused and in its original condition
In the original packaging
Complete with all tools, recipe cards and other included items
In a condition suitable for resale

How to Make a Return

Please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you the return instructions and return address.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and let you know when your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or with something missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll work with you to make it right.

Purchased From a Retailer?

If you purchased The Little Method from one of our stockists rather than directly from our website, please contact the retailer where you made your purchase regarding your return.
