Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, delivery times are outside our direct control. Occasionally, delays can occur during peak periods, public holidays, severe weather or courier network disruptions.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, your order will be dispatched once the pre-order stock is ready.
